Taste of Diamond is a high-end catering company that provides luxurious displays, exceptional flavor and quality service. Our chefs are very big on meeting with clients individually to get a personal feel for every event, thus utilizing their talents to create an exceptional menu for each occasion.
Taste of Diamond offers a wide variety of buffet menus as well as our full-course dinner menus ranging from 3, 5, 7, 10 to 12 courses. We also offer personal chef traveling services to our clients.
Chef Diamond is passionate about teaching others how to cook just like him, so he often teaches lessons to all ages.
When it comes to our young clients… there is no celebration like a child's celebration! Ask about our kids' party buffets with mini entrees and desserts to celebrate your child's day with quality. We look forward to catering your next event.

Wine & Dine with Michael T.
Michael Torrey, a gentleman and a scholar who is well-known for his knowledge of wine has joined Taste Of Diamond on our quest to educate the world about great food and wine. Chef Diamond and Michael met at the 2018 Hope GALA while supporting the Chicago Youth Programs. Chef Diamond and Michael instantly connected with their love for food and wine, to which became this special connection would span over time.
